Sir Frank Whittle and Hans Von Ohain were the co-inventers of the jet engine. Hans Von was the one who designed the first operational turbo jet engine and patented his turbojet engine in 1936. Frank Whittle was the first to patent the turbojet engine in 1930.
There will be a Kansas City Air Show on August 22 and 23rd of 2015 at the Kansas City Wheeler Airport. This Air Show will be headlined by the United States Navy Blue Angels demonstration team. The ticket prices will be $15 to $40, but for a cheaper price purchase the tickets early rather than on show days.
